NEWLY ISSUED

 [Patents from Idiots]

SONOMA VALEY, CA    Kincaid Ruiz was an avid exerciser like anyone, and was always searching for that proverbial “better mousetrap”. PATENT FACTS: issued April, 2006,  Licensed to: NO ONE,  Units Sales: ZERO,  Consumer Reports Rating: DECLINED,  Injuries Reported:  Inventor dislocated both elbows, cracked pelvis, and fractured left femur on 2nd repetition while demonstrating to church elders.

GAMBLING LOSERS

 [Just Missed Stories]

DAYTON, OH   I remember back in the 70’s my Mom and her sister would always buy $300 of Irish Sweepstakes tickets from my uncle back in Dublin.  One year they forgot to send their money order to my uncle,  and he said he bought their ticket allocation for himself.  He won!  Next year, and every year after, Mom and Aunt Kay doubled their chances at $600!  Uncle Colin said on account of the year we skipped He’d have to hold their tickets back home due to tax rules in Ireland until after the drawing.   We never won,  but we always talk about the year we should’ve!

[Health Quackery]

Insane Coach “Mongo” Montague Still “Out-Coaching” His Kids.

CHICAGO, IL,  1980   His real name was Ernst Montague but he made damned sure everyone called him “Coach Mongo” as he took pride in the manic reputation he had when it came to winning at all costs.  Too many times the cost was paid for by his young players.  Players who were unwittingly beset at the hands of a sociopath.  This story consists of coach Mongo erupting into one of his unprovoked tirades after a loss to a local team that was superbly talented to our group.  “Mongo” must have thought he could out coach his nemesis or perhaps get a by-line in the A&P grocery ad.  This was Mongo’s team and he was prepared to bust the first kid that called him out during the tirade following the loss … [more Coach Mongo]
