We Are One … United with God … Unified in Humanity
The Leaves of One Tree … with many Branches
If one investigates with an open mind, we will find that certain themes run through all religions. Yet it is undeniable that between religions there are many differences in religious law and custom, ritual and practice, and even theological belief. Some of these differences must be due to the differences in the times in which these religions were established. Realizing that these rules, customs, habits, and ceremonies are mere “means to an end” which over time may become outgrown and lose their value we still cling to these customs and habits, and assign greater significance and power to such practices than they really hold. This is a major reason why a great divide seems to exist between different religions.
Investigate these faiths of humanity, and take them into the context of the times and from when they developed and were established.
