The Observer Of History … Revealed
Additional checks of Professor Buchanan's memoirs did however reveal his experiments with a new technology known as auto-transcribing that he performed in conjunction with a Mr. Hugo G. Wells. A search of historic news stories from St. Petersburg in 1915 did reveal a curious persona in one news story that appeared to be out of place and peculiarly dressed. Additional reviews of historic events and news accounts as well as cross reference to Mr. Wells studies of “time travel” did reveal similar character portrayals resembling Mr. Otto MacHine. In one archived memoir from Mr. H. G. Wells he obscurely mentioned data and news transmission across “moon beam rays that cross the three spatial aspects in a fourth phase of time segmentation”
While reviewing the archives of Professor Ernest Buchanan stored in the basement of the auxiliary wing of The William H. McKinley Presidential Library an interesting diplomat was mentioned in an obscure and top secret report detailing a diplomatic mission to the City of St. Petersburg. Apparently the United States had provided a secret diplomatic “cover” under an ambassadorial assignment. The US envoy was listed as Mr. Otto MacHine Esq.. What was unusual about this report was that it referred to evens in 1915 that had yet to occur. The report was dated February 24th, 1904 … eleven years earlier ! Subsequent checks made through the Presidential archives showed no mention of Mr. MacHine nor his assignments.
We will continue to search historical archives and accounts for additional sightings and recordings of history, and summarize them on this page until we can ascertain what and how these events relate. We will refer to Mr. Otto MacHine as he was know in President McKinley's memoirs … “The Automaton of Human History, The Observer”. We can only hope that his surveillance was done in accordance with Liberty and Peace … what era or event is The Observer at now?
